Pepe Raphael migrated from Madrid, Spain to NYC to Portland, Oregon in 1985 to continue his acting and ballet career with Oregon Ballet Theatre.
His affinity and love for chocolate dates back to 1962 when he was 4 years old, and so after all of these years of chocolate and pastry sampling experience, he finally decided to share his acquired knowledge with the rest of the world.
