La Historia

Pepe Raphael migrated from Madrid, Spain to NYC to Portland, Oregon in 1985 to continue his ballet career with Oregon Ballet Theatre.

His affinity and love for chocolate dates back to 1963 when he was 4 years old, and after 62 years of chocolate sampling experience, he finally decided to share his acquired knowledge with the rest of the world.

Happy to report that he did not become a type 1 for nothing after all.

A total of 9 original “Sugarpep” recipes with each one embarking on a different cacao adventure of complex and interesting flavors.
